Role: Senior IT Analyst

Location: hybrid model 1-2x/week in the office in Gdynia

Industry: banking

Rate: up to 140 pln/h net+vat (B2B)

Summary

Senior IT Analyst - the primary function is to drive the IT requirements process. This includes capturing, documenting, and converting requirements into a solid foundation for IT design and development within a retail and mobile payments context.

Main Responsibilities:

• Capture and document technical requirements.

• Convert requirements into a foundation for IT design and development.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand and elicit requirements effectively.

• Ensure all documentation is clear and precise.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with IT projects, with at least 3+ years as an IT Analyst.

• Background as an IT analyst and/or developer.

• Experience as a Requirements specialist.

• Strong skills in documenting and eliciting requirements.

• Hands-on experience with SQL.

• Experience in Data Mapping, flows, and Migration.

• Experience in Process Modelling.

• Strong English language skills.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of payment systems and domains.

• Experience with SEPA/ISO 20022 standards and messages.

• Experience in the banking sector.
