Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a proactive and independent Senior IT Analyst to enhance our agile teams focused on marketing automation. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience, particularly in the banking sector, and possess strong SQL and programming skills for data manipulation.

Main Responsibilities

The Senior IT Analyst will play a critical role in sourcing, harmonizing, and optimizing data layers for our marketing automation platform.

• Identify and resolve potential data issues independently.

• Ensure data integrity and quality for marketing operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.

• Implement ETL processes to effectively manage data flows.

• Support data queries and analyses using SQL.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an IT analyst, preferably in banking.

• Strong SQL skills for database querying.

• Proficient in Python or other programming languages for data manipulation.

• Knowledge of descriptive statistics and data analysis.

• Experience with ETL processes.

• Communication skills in English and Polish.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
