Senior IFS Consultant (System Owner/Stream Lead)

Summary

The Senior System Owner/Stream Lead will play a critical role in facilitating the upgrade of the ERP system by collecting business needs and ensuring timely project execution.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities, progress, and prioritization within the ERP system.

• Oversee the upgrade project to ensure all tasks are completed according to the plan.

• Participate in the execution of implementation activities.

• Serve as the point of contact for routine queries, clarifications, and minor issues.

• Escalate significant challenges or resource constraints to the process owner when necessary.

• Manage the project's budget and timeline as applicable.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience with IFS Application 10 and/or IFS Cloud.

• Primarily technical experience with Finance, Procurement, and Project modules, if possible.

• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to communicate openly.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a Finance and HR IT team.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Start: 4th of May

• Length: 31st of January 2027, with potential for extension.

• Team Structure: Part of the Finance & HR IT team, which includes system developers, system owners, and application specialists.

• Tools: Working with IFS ERP system, Jira, Confluence, etc.
