Summary

The role of Senior Cloud Engineer is pivotal for managing and securing the bank's isolated cloud service portfolio. The primary objective is to ensure that cloud services are resilient, compliant with regulations, and secure for data exchange.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the cloud service portfolio, ensuring operational resilience and compliance.

• Design secure integration for cloud environments with existing platforms.

• Document processes related to cloud service management and operations.

• Provide support, configuration, and service change management as needed.

• Handle incident management and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

• Experience with software management and scripting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and Azure Virtual Desktop.

• Knowledge of Citrix and Automation tools.

• Experience with Device Management and CAPA execution.

• Formal documentation and service transition/migration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Helix.

Other Details

This position is based in Poland, specifically in Gdańsk. The role will report directly to the designated manager.
