Role Overview

We are looking for experienced engineers to join a fast-paced AI-driven initiative focused on building and delivering modern software solutions in the Credit & Lending domain.

The role involves developing real AI-powered solutions, bringing them into production, and contributing to scalable cloud-native systems used across multiple business initiatives. Engineers will work closely with technical and business stakeholders in an agile, highly collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver production-ready software solutions and AI-enabled applications.

• Build scalable microservices and APIs supporting AI and business workflows.

• Contribute to AI solution development and integration within cloud environments.

• Ensure high software quality through modern engineering practices, including TDD.

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.

• Support operational readiness, monitoring, stability, and maintainability of delivered systems.

• Take ownership of delivered solutions from development through production deployment.

Key Requirements

• Experience building and delivering real-world AI solutions.

• Proven experience delivering software to production environments.

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

• Understanding of operational aspects and production readiness.

• Strong Python skills.

• Good Java knowledge and willingness to work with Java-based solutions.

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.

• Hands-on experience with TDD and modern development practices.

• Experience working in cloud environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience mentoring and supporting other engineers.

• Broader cloud engineering experience (Azure and/or GCP preferred).

• Ability to independently design, build, and deploy microservices into production.

• Strong understanding of scalable system architecture and distributed systems.
