- Design and deliver tailored enablement projects, including workshops, office hours, and self-serve guides, for various engineering personas.
- Act as a hands-on technical partner by writing actual code to demonstrate AI-assisted development patterns in real-world contexts.
- Diagnose and resolve blockers—technical, cultural, or workflow-related—to adoption.
- Translate early adopter learnings into scalable playbooks to foster organization-wide AI integration.
- Help teams standardize developer workflows, including CI/CD pipelines and control standards.

- Demonstrated success in working across organizational boundaries, either as an internal consultant or embedded technical lead.
- Experience designing and running enablement programs or technical training for engineering audiences.
- Fluency in modern development workflows: version control, CI/CD, IDEs, code reviews.
- Ability to pragmatically assess and improve existing toolchains.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences, from contributors to senior stakeholders.
