About the role
We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist to support and enhance HR digital solutions within an international business environment.
In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, implementation partners, and HCM experts to design, configure, stabilise, and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable system solutions and supporting the organization’s HR digitalisation journey.
Key responsibilities:
Design end-to-end HR solutions integrated with other systems and modules within and outside the SuccessFactors suite.
Configure, build, test, and deploy solutions, including data models, workflows, business rules, and UI configurations.
Support and enhance solutions to ensure stability, scalability, and business value.
Oversee and support integrations between SuccessFactors and other platforms, including SAP ERP HCM, payroll systems, SAP CPI, APIs, middleware tools, and third-party applications.
Ensure that implemented solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards, including GDPR requirements.
Lead and support system enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives based on business needs and SAP roadmap updates.
Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
Support data migration, data validation, and data quality activities.
Maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration options, integration points, and best practices.
Analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement and further digitalisation.
Translate HR and business requirements into clear IT and implementation partner specifications.
Advise HR stakeholders on implementation options, best practices, and technical topics.
Recommend and implement SuccessFactors enhancements.
Support HR teams during system updates to ensure smooth adoption and transition.
Build strong working relationships across business, IT, functional teams, and external implementation partners.
Maintain system documentation, including configurations, processes, and integration flows.
Prepare and maintain knowledge transfer materials and training documentation for end-users and support teams.
Act as a back-up for other SuccessFactors modules when needed.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Experience in configuring Employee Central, including workflows, business rules, data models, and UI configuration.
Good understanding of HR processes and HCM system landscapes.
Experience with SuccessFactors integrations, preferably including SAP CPI, APIs, middleware tools, SAP ERP HCM, payroll, or third-party platforms.
Ability to translate business and HR requirements into IT solutions.
Experience in system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing long-term fixes.
Knowledge of data migration, data validation, and data quality processes.
Understanding of security, compliance, and GDPR-related requirements.
Ability to work with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external implementation partners.
Strong communication, documentation, and organisational skills.
Proactive mindset and ability to recommend improvements based on business needs and system best practices.
Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to have
Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules.
Knowledge of SAP HCM.
Experience working in international or matrix organisations.
Familiarity with SAP roadmap updates and SuccessFactors release management.
