Senior HRIS Specialist (SuccessFactors)
We are supporting an international organization in the search for a Senior Talent Systems Manager to join a global HR Technology team responsible for developing and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
This role combines hands-on system configuration, project leadership, and collaboration with global stakeholders. You will work on strategic HR tech initiatives and help drive the evolution of Talent-related modules within SuccessFactors.
Your responsibilities
Configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules, primarily Performance & Goals (PMGM)
Support the Recruiting module when needed (backup responsibilities)
Lead HR Tech projects related to system improvements and new implementations
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver system enhancements
Translate business requirements into system solutions
Work closely with global HR stakeholders across multiple regions
Contribute to strategic development of HR systems and digital HR initiatives
Support complex system challenges beyond first and second line support
You will act as a project lead, working with consultants and internal teams to deliver HR technology solutions.
Your profile
4–6 years of experience in HR Technology / HR Systems
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
1–2 years of configuration experience in PMGM (Performance & Goals Management)
Knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting (certification or practical experience)
Experience working on system implementations or transformation projects
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment
Consulting mindset and strong problem-solving approach
