SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant to support the configuration and enhancement of Employee Central (EC) as part of the T2P Program. The primary objective is to ensure accurate configuration aligned with Time Management, Payroll, and Finance requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) for the T2P Program.

• Focus on EC configuration, including adjustments to Employee Profile, Job Information, Employment Details, and Time Management objects.

• Contribute to the design and validation of data replication from EC to SAP S/4HANA Payroll.

• Ensure alignment of master data with both global and local requirements.

• Document EC configuration changes, data model updates, and business rules.

• Support all testing phases by preparing test scenarios and validating data flows.

Key Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Experience with EC Data Model and business rules.

• Proficient in EC-Payroll integration, particularly Point-to-Point and standard replication.

• Immediate availability to meet project deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-country deployment of SAP SuccessFactors.

• Familiarity with local country requirements, especially related to Germany.

• Knowledge of testing methodologies and phases.
