SAP S/4HANA - Organisational Change Manager

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Change Management consultant to support the process as part of the S/4HANA Programme.

Main Responsibilities:

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Change coordination and governance

• Testing and UAT readiness

• Process alignment and decision support

• Business engagement and adoption

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and track business change activities across multiple teams and stakeholders

• Ensure alignment between business priorities, process design, and system capabilities

• Support structured governance and follow-up on deliverables and milestones

• Prepare technical test scenarios in collaboration with SAP/IT and process experts

• Support planning and execution of UAT, including ensuring business readiness

• Follow up on defects, decisions, and actions from testing activities

• Ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA standard functionality and best practices

• Facilitate alignment across Global Process Owners and impacted business units

• Support decision-making by providing impact assessments and recommendations

• Contribute to change management, communication, and adoption readiness activities

• Ensure business preparedness for new processes and ways of working

Key Requirements:

• Relevant education background

• Strong background within change management of large company-wide transformations

• 10+ years experience in change management and transformations, with prior SAP/ERP implementation experience (preferably S/4HANA)

• Experience in project management

• Certifications: ADCAR, Prosci/ACMP or equivalent change management certification

• Structured and proactive approach to coordination and execution

• Strong collaboration skills across business and IT

• Ability to drive progress in a complex and fast-moving environment

• Problem-solving mindset focused on business value and standardization
