Senior SAP MM Consultant (S/4HANA)

About the project

You will join an international organization delivering a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This is an in-house role focused on working with a global SAP template and driving standardization of procurement and material management processes across multiple entities. This is a project-driven environment, not a support role.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and develop SAP MM (customizing / SPRO)

• Work on end-to-end processes: procurement (P2P), inventory management, material flows

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams (SD, FI, logistics)

• Support testing, go-live, and stabilization phases

• Ensure alignment with SAP standard (template-first approach)

• Mentor and support less experienced team members
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM

• At least 4–5 full lifecycle SAP MM implementations / rollouts (end-to-end)

• Strong expertise in customizing and procurement processes

• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments

• Understanding of integration with other modules (SD, FI, logistics / warehouse)

• Ability to work with business stakeholders and make decisions

• Standard-first mindset (SAP standard over custom solutions)

• Fluent English
