SAP FICO Consultant (Arabic Speaker)

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join a fast-paced project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling, with a proven ability to engage business stakeholders and support delivery in a dynamic setting.

Main Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, etc.).

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

• Support end-to-end implementation / rollout / enhancement activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (SD, MM, etc.).

• Provide user support, testing, and documentation.

• Engage with stakeholders and business users to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

• Support and implement e-invoicing solutions in compliance with local regulations.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.

• Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP FICO.

• Minimum 3 end-to-end full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.

• Experience in implementation or rollout projects.

• Hands-on experience with SAP e-invoicing solutions.

• Arabic speaking is mandatory.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with KSA e-invoicing (ZATCA) compliance and integration.

• Exposure to PMO activities, team leadership, or stakeholder management is highly desirable.

• Experience working in the GCC region, especially KSA.

• Candidates must be available locally in KSA (preferred) or ready to relocate immediately.
