Architect with ServiceNow & GenAI expertise (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Senior Architect to join Sii and design end‑to‑end solutions that combine expertise in the ServiceNow platform with modern GenAI‑driven capabilities. In this role, you will shape architectures that seamlessly connect AI agents with core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM or HR, ensuring both the platform and AI layers work together as one cohesive ecosystem. Your work will support external organizations in building intelligent, scalable service solutions.

Your tasks

• Design solution architectures that integrate ServiceNow capabilities with GenAI‑based agent components

• Define and implement technical concepts for AI agents supporting ITSM, CSM or HR workflows

• Translate business needs into scalable, platform‑aligned designs across ServiceNow + AI layers

• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure consistent implementation of architectural guidelines

• Review and enhance existing designs to improve performance, automation quality, and maintainability

• Document architectural decisions and provide technical guidance throughout delivery

Requirements

• Strong experience designing architectures on or around the ServiceNow platform

• Hands‑on understanding of GenAI concepts and AI‑agent implementation patterns

• Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions across both platform and AI layers

• Experience working with service workflows such as ITSM, CSM or HR

• Ability to collaborate with technical and product teams in complex delivery environments

• Fluency in English

• Residing in Poland required
