Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer who will take ownership of end‑to‑end development activities within an Agile framework. This role includes advanced configuration, customization, and development for Salesforce Experience Cloud, ensuring scalable and high‑quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop complex solutions in Salesforce using declarative and advanced programmatic capabilities

• Build highly customized Experience Cloud/Community Cloud applications using LWC, Aura Components, APIs, Custom Objects, and automation tools in alignment with Salesforce best practices

• Lead or actively contribute to solution walk‑throughs, demos, and technical discussions

• Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies and uphold technical and architectural standards across the team

• Perform and lead design reviews, code reviews, and testing activities to identify and address defects throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing in Salesforce Experience Cloud 

• Strong experience creating custom community interfaces using Experience Builder, Lightning App Builder, Aura Components, and LWC

• Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers) and programmatic automation frameworks

• Extensive knowledge of declarative tools: Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflows, Reports & Dashboards

• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling and management, including SOQL and Data Loader

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security architecture: OWDs, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules

• Strong understanding of scalable Salesforce solution architecture and best practices

• Experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web service technologies

• Practical experience working in Scrum/Agile development teams

• Fluency in English and Polish

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, React)

• Salesforce certifications such as:  Platform App Builder, Platform Developer
