SAP Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist - RFP-254853-1

Summary: The SAP Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist is vital in optimizing procurement processes through the application of technology. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the organization's transformation goals by effectively managing SAP FI-AP and related applications.

Location: Pune (Godrej Koregaon Park, Mundhwa, Pune)

Mode: Hybrid (3 days in a week)

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize SAP Accounts Payable applications, including troubleshooting technical issues.

• Support end users by maintaining up-to-date technical documentation.

• Coordinate with external managed-service providers to ensure business continuity.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing functionality and performance in existing applications.

• Run projects from preparation through delivery, focusing on the deployment of new applications.

• Collect and analyze functional requirements from stakeholders and end users.

• Monitor and support integration between various applications involved in the Accounts Payable process.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of SAP SRM7 MM/FI-AP configuration/support experience in ERP 6.0 or above.

• At least one full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience.

• Experience with Readsoft and SAP Ariba Commerce Automation.

• Ability to read and understand ABAP code.

Nice to Have:

• Project management experience in an international environment.

• Experience in S4 Hana.

• Knowledge of configuration and interfaces between SAP modules: CO, MM, SD.

Other Details:

Primarily operate in CET time zone. Collaborate with stakeholders across business services and IT.
