Salesforce Administrator / Developer

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Developer with a robust background in Salesforce Administration, Automation, and Development. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of hands-on experience particularly in Sales Cloud and Communities, demonstrating the ability to analyze business requirements and propose effective solutions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and clarify business needs, proposing high-level feasibility guidelines.
• Perform general configuration using point & click solutions.
• Manage core Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud features.
• Utilize Flows, Dynamic Forms, Automations, Data Loader, and Advanced Reporting.
• Apply Scrum agile methodologies and release management best practices.
• Implement Salesforce development in both backend and front-end using Apex.
• Adhere to development best practices.
• Engage with business stakeholders on incident management activities.
• Communicate effectively, with strong client-facing skills in writing and presentations.

Key Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Development.
• Proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Communities.
• Experience with Flows, Dynamic Forms, Automations, and Data Loader.
• Knowledge of Advanced Reporting and agile methodologies.
• Sales Cloud Consultant and Advanced Administrator certifications.
• Flow Specialist SuperBadge is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Certification in B2B Commerce or Experience Cloud.
• Engagement with the Salesforce Trailblazer Community and knowledge of new releases.
