QA Mobile

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong mobile expertise (iOS and Android) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in manual and automated testing, including exploratory, regression, usability, accessibility, and performance testing.

Main Responsibilities:

The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our mobile applications through rigorous testing processes.

• Design and implement test scenarios for mobile applications.

• Conduct exploratory and regression testing.

• Perform usability and accessibility testing.

• Execute performance testing strategies.

• Integrate testing processes within CI/CD pipelines.

• Analyze and debug issues using emulators/simulators and real devices.

• Utilize test management tools to track testing progress.

Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in manual and automated testing of mobile applications (iOS & Android).

• Experience in designing clear test scenarios.

• Skilled in exploratory, usability, accessibility, and regression testing.

• Familiar with automation tools like Espresso, UI Automator, Appium, and XCUITest.

• Understanding of modern app architectures, including MVVM and Clean Architecture.

• Proficiency in performance, security, and compatibility testing.

• Knowledge of accessibility compliance standards (WCAG, VoiceOver).

• Understanding of app lifecycle and behavior under interruptions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with performance analysis tools (Logcat, Xcode Instruments).

• Familiarity with Jira and TestRail for test management.

Other Details:

The work model is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the office in Lisbon - Marquês do Pombal.
