QA Coordinator / Test Manager

emagine is seeking an experienced QA Coordinator / Test Manager who can own the QA setup in a complex financial environment - and initially also support with project coordination. You will be part of a team developing new large‑scale payment processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA across the full SDLC and ensure structured test governance.

• Prepare test strategy, test plans, documentation, and reporting.

• Drive system testing and UAT (incl. entry/exit criteria).

• Coordinate delivery timelines, risks, and stakeholders in early project phases.

• Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and PO in an agile setup.

• Communicate clear test status, risks, and quality levels.

Must‑Haves

• Solid experience as Test Manager/QA Coordinator.

• Strong SDLC understanding and experience in regulated environments.

• Experience with system testing, UAT, and risk‑based testing.

• Hands-on with test management tools (preferably Xray).

• ISTQB certification (Foundation minimum).

• Experience within the financial sector.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to work independently and drive QA activities end‑to‑end.
