Project Manager/Service Delivery Manager (RFP Managed Services)

Our client is a Swedish technology company that provides self-serve advertising platforms for publishers. Their solutions allow advertisers of all sizes to buy, manage, and optimise digital ad campaigns directly, without intermediaries. By automating the ad sales process, the company helps publishers increase efficiency and revenue, while offering advertisers greater transparency and control. The company works with global clients such as Disney, TripAdvisor, and Bloomberg.

The company is currently executing the MVP phase of its data platform transformation, migrating from BigQuery to AWS to establish a SOC 1–compliant, scalable, and production-ready environment.

Key elements of the project:

• Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the MVP phase, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and compliance standards.

• Team Coordination: Manage a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, and QA specialists to drive progress and collaboration.

• Governance & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including risk registers, milestone tracking, and delivery logs.

• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between emagine and DanAds, ensuring transparent communication and issue resolution.

• Status Reporting: Prepare and deliver status updates, SteerCo reports, and handover materials for stakeholders and compliance readiness.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in project management within data or IT transformation projects.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams and stakeholder relationships.

• Familiarity with AWS environments and SOC 1–related initiatives.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and risk management skills.

• Agile/Scrum certification (Scrum Master or PMI-ACP) preferred.
