Project Manager

• Location: Gdynia/Gdańsk/Łódź/Warszawa (hybrid - 2x per week in the office)

Summary: This role is for a hands-on Project Manager with PMI certification responsible for leading projects from inception to completion in the domains of Azure cloud and cybersecurity. The primary goal is to effectively manage the project lifecycle while ensuring compliance and alignment with governance and documentation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate, plan and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains.

• Own full project lifecycle (scope, plan, budget, risks, stakeholders).

• Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches, depending on the project.

• Apply structured Waterfall practices (clear phases, documentation, change control, governance).

• Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where appropriate.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business, and security.

• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements.

• Provide clear reporting, risk management, and decision support to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• PMI certification (CAMP or preferred PMP).

• Strong experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery.

• Proven experience as a sole Project Manager on IT projects.

• Experience in IT transformation/integration projects.

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• An understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains:

  • Firewalls (FW), Proxy solutions.

  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Database Activity Monitoring.

  • Endpoint Protection.

  • Security Monitoring.

  • Vulnerability management, Security baselines.

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM).

  • Network Security.

  • Azure Cloud Architecture.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
