Project Management Office (PMO)

Job Description:

A competent and detail-oriented Project Management professional is sought to support a thriving PMO environment. With approximately 5 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing plans, tracking project actuals, and reporting progress for large-scale software initiatives. Expertise in Microsoft Project Plan (MPP) is mandatory, coupled with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe.

1. The candidate should have around 5 years’ experience working in a PMO environment preparing plans, tracking actuals and reporting progress for large software projects.
2. Expertise in preparing project plans for large projects using Microsoft Project Plan tool (MPP), expertise in using the MPP tool is mandatory.
3. Good communication and interaction skills are needed as the person must work with teams based in Europe.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
• Track project performance and analyze data for reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project status meetings.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO role.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project Plan (MPP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
