Project Leader / Scrum Master

Location: Poland - Gdańsk/Warsaw/Łódź (Hybrid work - 2-3 days per week from home).

Required Language: English.

Rate: up to 150 PLN/h net + VAT

The Project Leader/Scrum Master role is primarily focused on ensuring the timely delivery of project targets through effective team facilitation and collaboration with various stakeholders. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with AML regulations, and a strong understanding of Agile frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with PO, RTE, project architect, application management, and other stakeholders towards the timely delivery of established targets.

• Align and communicate with external regulatory stakeholders.

• Establish self-driven, self-organized, and sustainable teams.

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily standups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Focus on empowerment, flow of value, and continuous improvement on team and train level using transparent metrics.

• Inspire, motivate, and coach team members about the Agile mindset and ways of working.

• Create communication paths and patterns for the team to work with stakeholders.

• Guide and role model the teams to remove impediments.

• Actively participate in the ART SM community.

• Contribute to an atmosphere of confidence and trust and motivate to reach set targets.

• Provide regular feedback to the team and individual team members.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (regulators).

• Hands-on experience and understanding of AML regulations/requirements.

• Previous experience working as a project leader, preferably on large projects with development teams and application management.

• Expertise within Agile frameworks, DevOps, and Lean principles.

• Team building and team development knowledge and tools to support growth.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under tight timelines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a banking or financial services environment.

• Familiarity with international regulatory requirements.
