Technical Program Manager

We are looking for two high-impact Technical Program Managers to lead the bridge between client vision and technical execution. This is a hybrid "triple-threat" role: you will combine the strategic oversight of a Program Manager, the precision of a Business Analyst, and the quality-first mindset of a QA Lead. Since the project is in MVP phase, you will be responsible for extracting requirements from high-level discussions and hardening them into solid Acceptance Criteria.

• Location: 100% Remote.

• Time Zone Constraint: 4-hour daily overlap with Colorado (MST/MDT). This is a non-negotiable requirement for sync-ups with the US-based team.

Responsibilities

• Technical Translation: Transform high-level business requirements into detailed, technical User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.

• Quality Guard: Act as the final gatekeeper for quality (QA mindset), ensuring that what is built actually meets the "definition of done."

• Program Coordination: Manage timelines, dependencies, and communication flow between stakeholders and the engineering team.

• Requirement Discovery: In this presale phase, you’ll be the one asking the "tough questions" to clarify scope and prevent future technical debt.

Requirements

• Technical Depth: You don’t just write tickets; you understand how the systems work under the hood.

• Versatility: You are comfortable wearing multiple hats—from PM spreadsheets to BA documentation and QA logic.

• Autonomy: You can navigate through "vague" information and build structure where none exists.

• Communication: Exceptional English skills and the flexibility to work in a late-afternoon/evening shift to maintain the US overlap.
