Summary: The role of Product Owner within the Onboarding and Know Your Customer (OBKYC) Value Stream is to lead the development and optimization of customer onboarding processes and data quality, ensuring the delivery of high-value services to clients while enhancing their experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the design and improvement of data processes used for customer onboarding across different business lines.
Gather feedback from stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for process improvement.
Establish a clear strategy for the value stream that addresses internal customer needs and drives business value.
Optimize costs related to data services using TCO mechanisms.
Develop a compelling data product strategy aligned with overall technology strategies.
Create a product backlog with prioritized items for various data services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data services and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Support teams in understanding priorities and managing the product backlog effectively.
Analyze user data and track key metrics to gain insights for product enhancement.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience in a digital or technical product role (e.g., Product Owner or Product Manager).
Experience in data architecture or technical roles related to data context.
Strong background in onboarding and KYC/CDD solutions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management and software development lifecycle, especially in Agile methodologies.
Nice to Have:
Experience in systems integration or data mastering.
Demonstrated ability in financial decision-making and cost monitoring.
Experience in a regulated industry and critical decision-making.
Confidence in experimenting and sharing insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
