Summary: The primary goal of this role is to act as a Product Owner specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, particularly in the areas of Customer Servicing and Sales, while collaborating closely with business teams to manage and prioritize demands.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the Product Owner for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, focusing on Customer Servicing and Sales modules.

• Work closely with business teams to understand, shape, and prioritize business demand.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.

• Provide subject-matter expertise on Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring best practices and optimal solution design.

• Collaborate with technical teams to guide implementation, customization, and integration of MS Dynamics CRM.

• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings, clearly communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Requirements:

• Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, particularly within Customer Service and Sales areas.

• Solid technical understanding of MS Dynamics architecture, capabilities, and integrations.

• Proven experience in a Product Owner or similar role within technology-driven environments.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the Financial Services / Banking domain (highly desirable but not mandatory).
