Job Summary:
As a Product Owner for Incentive and Compensation IT Solutions, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic direction and execution of our incentive and compensation platform. You will act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring that our systems effectively meet the evolving needs of the organization. Your focus will be on enhancing user experience, optimizing processes, and delivering robust IT solutions that empower operational effectiveness in the incentive and compensation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy: Develop a future system strategy and technology roadmap aligned with the Commercial IT enterprise strategy.
Vendor Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for engaging with vendors such as Axtria and Solutionec, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
Scoping & Planning: Scope initiatives and projects, engaging relevant stakeholders to determine needs and plan accordingly.
Budget Oversight: Oversee the overall program budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Self-Service Model Implementation: Drive the transition from a Global Business Services (GBS) FTE model to a local Commercial Excellence (CE) Analyst operating model, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency.
Roadmap Development: Lead the automation and data integration roadmap based on the IO Customer Data Platform (CDP).
Enhancement Partnership: Partner with Business Owners to drive meaningful enhancements, ensuring program benefits realization across various user groups.
Governance Establishment: Establish and co-drive program governance bodies-related engagements, including Steering Groups (StG), Change Advisory Boards (CAB), and Strategic Advisory Boards (SAB).
License Cost Management: Work towards reducing license costs while maintaining a lean operational model for affiliates.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of program management and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in working with data integration, automation, and technology roadmaps.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
