Role Overview

A leading organization is seeking two Power Platform Consultants to join their team, focusing on maintaining, supporting, and improving existing solutions across various European markets.

These consultants will primarily emphasize solution maintenance, issue resolution, documentation, and understanding the differences between the Core CRM Template and local market solutions. The role entails analyzing implementations on a country basis, ensuring alignment, identifying deviations, and assisting business stakeholders with improvements.

This position is not a greenfield development role — the focus is on continuity, stability, and structured enhancements of existing systems.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Support

  • Maintain and optimize existing Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

  • Provide functional and technical support to business stakeholders across markets.

  • Monitor solution performance, resolve issues, and ensure continued operational stability.

Solution Analysis & Documentation

  • Analyze the differences between Core CRM Template and local solutions, creating documentation that maps variations, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Review existing processes and recommend standardization when applicable.

  • Ensure all solutions are thoroughly documented according to governance standards.

Enhancements & Improvements

  • Implement small to medium enhancements to current solutions.

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing corrective measures.

  • Collaborate with CRM and Power Platform leads to ensure solution evolution is in alignment with global architecture.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Engage with distributed technical and business teams, including consultants, country representatives, and project managers.

  • Actively participate in planning, knowledge sharing, and alignment sessions.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience with Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

  • Strong analytical skills for assessing existing solutions.

  • Excellent documentation skills with a focus on governance standards.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple locations.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

  • Experience in change management within a structured environment.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of CRM systems integration.

  • Experience with project management methodologies.

  • Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies and tools.
