Role: Portfolio Oversight Management Lead

Rate: up to 150 pln/h net+vat (B2B)

Location: Warsaw, hybrid model 3x/week in the office

Summary: This role is focused on leading performance and control management for the Program, ensuring effective monitoring and alignment with strategic objectives while providing structured progress reporting to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead performance and control management activities to ensure effective monitoring of program delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

• Establish and manage weekly progress reporting processes, including tracking achievements, RAG status against plan, dependencies, risks, issues, deviations, and key decisions.

• Provide structured progress reporting to senior stakeholders and governance bodies.

• Oversee Benefits Investment Charter governance, including management of changes and SIS TIP funding processes.

• Develop and maintain the program Master Plan and coordinate quarterly planning cycles across workstreams.

• Implement standardized planning and reporting frameworks for consistency across initiatives.

• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for project streams.

• Manage program communication activities and prepare communication materials.

• Provide consolidated program-level reporting and support for senior management insights on program performance.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in performance and control management within a project management context.

• Strong skills in reporting frameworks and progress tracking methodologies.

• Proficiency in stakeholder management and communication strategies.

• Understanding of governance processes and reporting requirements.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with KPIs and performance metrics relevant to project management.

• Experience in financial oversight and funding management processes.

• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
