Portfolio Oversight Management - SREP

work mode: Warsaw, 3 days a week from the office

The objective of this role involves overseeing the Portfolio Oversight Management (PMO) process related to SREP EBA LOM remediation. Candidates are expected to demonstrate proven PMO oversight experience with a robust understanding of project management principles.

Main Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and assess progress on SREP EBA LOM remediation.

• Provide stakeholder management and status updates.

• Control project progress against established plans.

• Serve as the escalation point for governance and steering.

• Offer project management tools and methods for initiative support.

• Conduct ad-hoc reporting for project stakeholders.

• Oversee funding needs and SIS process.

• Deliver consolidated reporting for project performance.

Key Requirements:

• Senior PMO experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of responsibilities as outlined.

• Strong drive for achievement and adaptability.

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior management.

Nice to Have:

• Regulatory knowledge of SREP EBA LOM.

• Understanding of credit risk management.

• Experience in banking and data analytics.
