We are hiring PMO Lead that will bresponsible for overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) function within the Operations portfolio. The primary goal is to ensure best-in-class governance, reporting, and delivery assurance. The role entails support for programme and project managers in their planning, execution, and closure activities while adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the PMO function for the Operations portfolio.

  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Support programme and project managers in planning and execution.

  • Provide assurance for project delivery and manage financials across portfolios.

  • Conduct governance reporting and stakeholder engagement.

  • Challenge project managers on budget management and financial planning.

  • Collaborate with other teams to manage project lifecycles and operational risks.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in PMO, project governance, or programme delivery roles within financial services.

  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks and tools such as Clarity, Planview, or Asana.

  • Solid grasp of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.

  • Experience in investment banking related to trade lifecycle and operations initiatives.

  • Proven experience in governance reporting and stakeholder engagement.

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and operational risk controls.
