Network Service Manager / Architect

Summary: This role focuses on managing and architecting network services within a global corporate environment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and collaboration with service providers.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and improve global network infrastructure across 100+ locations worldwide.
* Collaborate with Managed Service Providers to design and implement network solutions.
* Lead network-related projects and work alongside the IT Infrastructure Team.
* Communicate effectively with global teams and suppliers.
* Manage project plans to ensure timely delivery of network initiatives.

Must Haves:
* Extensive hands-on experience with Network Service Management.
* Proven vendor management skills.
* Proficient in firewall configuration and management.
* Strong knowledge of SASE and Cloud security.
* Experience with General Routing, especially BGP.
* Familiarity with DNS and WAN concepts.
* Expertise in LAN (wired & wireless) campus environments.
* Knowledge of network segmentation.
* Understanding of Identity Services Engine.
* Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Nice to Haves:
* Knowledge of network automation.
