Introduction & Summary:The role of Senior and Mid Network Specialist focuses on maintaining security and functionality in a complex network environment consisting of several thousand components. Candidates must possess excellent networking skills and specific expertise in Cisco, F5, and ADVA technologies, as well as experience with GitLab and Ansible.

Main Responsibilities: As a Network Specialist, you will lead critical network update initiatives, ensuring the integrity and security of the network infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

• Technical planning of updates

• Preparation of necessary activities and creation of change requests

• Presenting activities in various Change Advisory Boards, when required

• Execution and post-implementation review of updates

• Supporting non-senior colleagues with questions and complex updates

• Providing assistance with various service requests in the network environment

Key Requirements:To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Very good network knowledge

• Excellent know-how in Cisco, F5, and ADVA

• Knowledge of GitLab and Ansible

• High standards for quality with a low tolerance for errors

• Experience working with internal and external customers

• Good communication skills

• Experience in a banking-regulated environment is an advantage

• Willingness to work outside of normal hours (evenings and weekends)
