Mid or Senior QA Engineer (TypeScript + Playwright)

LOCATION: 100% remote (candidates must be based in Poland)

REMUNERATION: 125- 155 pln/h, B2B

The primary role of the QA Engineer is to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of the learning platform through effective test automation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using TypeScript, Playwright, and Cucumber.
• Perform API (Backend) test automation and UI (Frontend) test automation to validate end-to-end functionality.
• Implement and manage testing workflows using Bitbucket and integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and design test cases accordingly.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide detailed reports.
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry best practices in test automation and continuously improve testing strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with TypeScript and Playwright for test automation.
• Strong understanding of Bitbucket and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in API (backend) test automation and UI (frontend) test automation.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud environments AWS is a plus.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Cucumber.
