The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue growth for Digital SaaS solutions with a focus on Customer Experience (CX), CCaaS, and Salesforce platforms across the UAE and KSA markets. The Senior Sales Manager is expected to leverage their expertise and market knowledge to successfully close complex enterprise deals.
- Drive new business acquisition for SaaS, CX, CCaaS, and Salesforce solutions
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to closure
- Build and maintain a strong enterprise pipeline across UAE and KSA
- Engage with senior stakeholders and C-level decision makers
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions
- Lead RFP/RFI responses and commercial negotiations
- Manage strategic accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field
- 8–10 years of sales experience in SaaS/Cloud/Digital solutions
- Proven experience selling CX platforms, CCaaS, and Salesforce solutions
- Demonstrated success in closing large, complex enterprise deals
- Strong exposure to UAE and KSA markets
- Experience working with enterprise customers and system integrators preferred
