Junior PMO

We’re currently looking for a Junior PMO for a project with one of our global clients.

Key highlights:

• Poland-based, 100% remote

• 6 months+, potential long-term cooperation

• Strong focus on project coordination, reporting, and PMO support activities

• Hands-on involvement in project tracking, documentation, and meeting coordination

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project is a plus

• Background in project management, business administration, or a related field preferred

We’re targeting Junior PMO professionals who can support project managers and delivery teams by maintaining project documentation, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.

The goal of the project is to ensure smooth project operations and structured governance, helping teams stay organized, aligned, and on track with project timelines and deliverables.
