Summary: The Kronos Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the workforce management systems of a global leader company. This position aims to ensure seamless integration and optimization of timekeeping and attendance systems, significantly impacting the efficiency of thousands of employees in diverse locations.
Main Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities of this role include:
Design, configure, and customize Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions modules including Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduling, and Accruals.
Integrate Kronos with ERP/HR systems to facilitate seamless data flow.
Develop and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.
Perform upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
Create and maintain documentation for configurations and workflows.
Develop custom reports and dashboards using Kronos reporting tools and SQL.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Key Requirements:
5+ years experience with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions.
Strong understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Absence Management.
Proficiency in Kronos APIs, SQL, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of HR/payroll processes and integration techniques.
Experience with UKG Pro WFM configuration (Timekeeping, Accruals, Pay Policies).
Proficient in device setup for time clocks (InTouch DX series).
Integration experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday) and payroll systems.
Experience managing data with Workforce Integration Manager for imports/exports.
SQL skills for custom queries and reporting.
Understanding labor management, compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and overtime rules.
Familiarity with distribution center workflows.
Experience with persona-based access configuration (Manager, Supervisor, HR Admin).
