Junior Developer – BMC Helix Platform RFP-252986-1 for Syensqo SA

Introduction & Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Developer – BMC Helix Platform to support the development, configuration, and maintenance of business workflows within the BMC Helix ecosystem. Operating within a matrix organization, this role requires collaboration and functional support to enhance IT service management processes and user experience. This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in the BMC Helix platform while contributing to global IT operations.

Mode: Hybrid (3 days a week)

Main Responsibilities

The Junior Developer will work under the guidance of a Senior Developer and has the following responsibilities:

• Handle incidents and service requests in BMC Helix from logging to closure, following ITIL processes.

• Diagnose issues, perform troubleshooting, and apply fixes/workarounds.

• Assist in the development and configuration of solutions on the BMC Helix Platform.

• Support the implementation of business workflows, forms, and automations.

• Help maintain and improve workflows aligned with ITIL practices.

• Document configurations, workflows, and technical changes.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support release activities.

• Build knowledge of the BMC Helix platform and IT service management processes.

Key Requirements

• Expertise in BMC Interfaces & Integration.

• Strong understanding of business workflows.

• Proficiency in BMC Helix.

• Experience in dashboard creation.

• Knowledge of CMDB & Asset Management.

Nice to Have
