Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst Expert to join our team and play a critical role in shaping a key data product that acts as a golden source within our organization. You will be collaborating daily with data from multiple systems and various stakeholders, focusing on data quality and integration via dedicated Java-based APIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and development team to define and refine business and technical requirements.

• Analyze, design, map, and document data flows between source systems and consuming applications.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all integrated systems.

• Support development and testing activities, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

• Engage with different data customers to understand their needs and translate them into effective data solutions.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and integration architecture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Analyst or System Analyst in a data-focused environment.

• Good understanding of DataStage (ETL) processes and Java API integrations.

• Strong data mapping and data modeling skills with experience in building data model strategy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments is an advantage.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken, C1).
