Emagine is seeking a highly skilled Incident Manager to join our team and act as an incident coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in driving incidents and problem taskforces, with a proven track record of efficient communication with stakeholders. You will play a critical role in enhancing our Incident Management process and ensuring operational stability across teams. We look for dynamic IT consultants who excel in leadership, analysis, and process improvement.
Main Responsibilities
As the Incident Manager, you will:
- Coordinate incident management processes effectively.
- Build and contribute to an efficient Incident Management framework.
- Manage stakeholder communications across various levels and external systems.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure operational stability.
- Prioritize incidents based on their impact, urgency, and severity.
- Ensure transparent incident and problem reporting.
- Drive problem resolution through effective teamwork and analysis.
- Lead incident taskforces when necessary.
- Follow up on problems to secure long-term solutions.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in incident and problem management.
- Background in IT Operations.
- ITIL foundation with practical application experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and analytical abilities.
- Adaptable to changes and can pro-actively drive actions.
- Experience in documentation and reporting.
- Reliable and communicates effectively under pressure.
- Structured mindset aimed at continuous improvement.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SAFe framework or other Agile methodologies.
