IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Creating detailed project plans, tracking progress, and managing risks and issues
• Coordinating and facilitating communication between development teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Overseeing resource allocation and ensuring effective team collaboration
• Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure smooth execution
• Implementing Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies as needed
• Preparing reports, documentation, and project updates for key stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience working with software development teams and understanding the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is a plus
