IFS Cloud ERP — System Owner & Project Stream Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IFS Cloud ERP System

Owner & Project Stream Lead to play a pivotal role in our

implementation of IFS Cloud. This position combines end-

to-end system ownership with stream leadership during

the project i.e. delivery accountability for the IT stream in

the project.

You will bring proven experience of successfully delivering

an IFS Cloud implementation—including leading project

work, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and

driving adoption—while establishing strong foundations for

long-term operational excellence. It is also important that

you have IFS system knowledge in order to take technical

decisions.

Key responsibilities

1) System Owner (IFS Cloud)

● Own the IFS Cloud solution vision, roadmap, and

lifecycle in line with business strategy.

● Act as the primary business-side accountable owner

for the configured ERP processes, ensuring value

realization post go-live.

● Establish and run governance for:

○ Change management and prioritization (demand

intake, triage, backlog management)

○ Release planning and deployment readiness

○ Business process ownership and continuous

improvement

○ Data, reporting, and integration change impacts

● Ensure fit-for-purpose controls, compliance, and

auditability within ERP-supported processes.

2) Project Stream Lead (IFS Cloud implementation)

3 (5)● Lead a project workstream end-to-end (e.g., Finance,

Supply Chain, , Projects, Data & Integrations).

● Own stream scope, plans, deliverables,

dependencies, risks, and RAID reporting.

● Drive successful delivery across key phases:

○ Requirements / fit-gap and solution design

○ Configuration and validation

○ Data migration inputs/verification

○ Integration design inputs and end-to-end testing

coordination

○ SIT/UAT planning and execution support

○ Cutover planning, hypercare readiness, and transition

to BAU

● Partner with the SI/vendor, internal IT, and business

SMEs to ensure clear decisions, rapid issue resolution, and

on-time milestones.

● Build engagement and adoption: support process

design, training inputs, and change communications for

your stream.

Essential experience

● Proven delivery experience on at least one IFS Cloud

implementation, with hands-on leadership of project work

(stream lead, functional lead, product owner, solution

lead, or comparable role).

● Demonstrated capability leading cross-functional

teams across business and IT, including third-party system

integrators.

● Strong understanding of ERP end-to-end process

integration and typical implementation lifecycle (design →

build → test → deploy → hypercare).

● Experience owning and driving outcomes in complex

environments with multiple stakeholders and competing

priorities.

Preferred experience

4 (5)● Prior accountability as a system owner/product owner

for an enterprise platform post go-live.

● Experience with operating models for SaaS ERP

(release cadence, environment strategy, regression testing

approach).

● Practical knowledge of:

○ Data migration planning and reconciliation

○ Integrations (iPaaS, APIs, middleware) and end-to-end

process testing

○ Reporting/analytics strategy (standard vs bespoke

reporting)

○ Change management and training delivery

coordination

● Experience in regulated or audit-driven environments.

● Strong leadership, facilitation, and decision-driving

capability.

● Excellent stakeholder management—from senior

leadership to operational SMEs.

● Structured delivery mindset (planning, prioritization,

dependency management, RAID discipline).

● Clear communicator who can translate between

business processes and system configuration.
