Your responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision for the B2B Loyalty & Commerce Portal
Translate business strategy and customer needs into actionable product backlogs and delivery plans
Lead feature development from discovery and business case definition through delivery and optimization
Prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs between customer experience, business value, and delivery capacity
Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, content, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
Monitor and improve platform KPIs related to engagement, conversion, and performance
Support the continuous enhancement of retailer and partner digital experiences
Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams in international environments
Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and product roadmap alignment
Contribute to product growth initiatives and optimization strategies
We pay attention to candidates who have
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in Agile environments
Proven background delivering digital products in B2B ecosystems
Strong Salesforce experience, preferably within Commerce Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and related Salesforce digital platforms
Experience managing the full product lifecycle: discovery, business case creation, delivery, optimization
Strong backlog management and prioritization skills
Ability to align and influence stakeholders without formal authority
Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
Strong analytical and commercial mindset with KPI-driven decision making
Ability to work independently and take ownership in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in international teams
Fluent English
Nice to have
Experience in retail, loyalty, or commerce-related platforms
Experience within multi-market or global organizations
Knowledge of Connected Consumer strategies
