Functional Consultant / Test Lead

Functional Consultant / Test Coordinator role should be combined into one position.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in collaborating with sales organization stakeholders and will have a solid foundation in order management or CRM solutions. In addition, proficiency in Microsoft CRM, Dynamics, or Power Apps is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into user stories in Azure DevOps.

• Ensure stories include clear acceptance criteria ready for testing.

• Build and maintain features, user stories, and tasks in Azure DevOps to structure the backlog.

• Document current business processes and map them to Dynamics 365 capabilities.

• Act as the bridge between business teams and technical teams.

• Use Azure DevOps boards to provide transparency on progress and upcoming work.

• Create/assist business with creating test cases linked to user stories and features in Azure DevOps.

• Help prepare business users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases to execution results.

• Oversee execution of test cycles and track defects in Azure DevOps.

• Coordinate with Dynamics 365 developers to validate fixes and retests.

• Capture feedback and defects directly in the system.

• Build test standards that can be reused for subsequent projects and deliveries.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with sales organization stakeholders.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with order management or CRM solutions.

• Experience with Microsoft CRM, Dynamics, or Power Apps.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working directly with business users.

• Certification in Microsoft technologies.

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and business teams.
