Full Stack Engineer (Java, ReactJS)

Other locations: 1 time per month or 3 times per quarter (option to group visits)
We are developing in-house solutions that support the onboarding and KYC processes for corporate and institutional clients. Our teams build modern client-facing applications and orchestration capabilities that significantly reduce the time required for both clients and internal staff to complete key activities.
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who enjoys working end-to-end — from architecture and design to hands-on coding and production delivery — in a dynamic, microservice-based environment.
Your responsibilities
Deliver production-ready code and contribute to the system’s architecture and design aligned with a microservices structure.
Work with both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring scalability and quality.
Contribute to building a strong engineering culture within the team.
Collaborate closely with global teams and coordinate work across regions.
Proactively remove impediments, identify risks, and communicate issues to program management.
Spot process inefficiencies and implement innovative, programmatic improvements.
Requirements
Strong experience in software engineering with hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying backend applications using Java (Recent experience with modern Java versions).
Proven experience delivering code within a microservice architecture.
Experience building and deploying RESTful APIs.
Experience writing schemas and working with PostgreSQL databases.
Understanding of containers and orchestration tools such as Docker / Kubernetes, and exposure to GCP.
Experience developing UI applications using ReactJS.
Experience shipping changes to production at high frequency.
Previous experience working in the financial or banking sector (nice to have)
