The Content & Catalogue Management (CoCaM) team builds the infrastructure, tools, and processes that make it possible to manage content changes at scale while balancing risk and compliance. The team focuses on three key areas: content moderation, intellectual property protection, and catalogue management. This work ensures harmful or infringing material is handled appropriately, catalogues remain accurate, and operational teams can work efficiently so the platform continues to support creators, protect rights, and provide value to listeners.
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team building a centralized system for defining, managing, and distributing content policies at scale. In this role, you’ll partner closely with policy experts, legal teams, and product stakeholders to design and evolve a robust rules management platform that improves how rules are configured, maintained, and applied across the content catalogue. You’ll guide and support a team of engineers, fostering an empathetic, inclusive, and high-trust environment where people can do their best work. By combining technical leadership with a deep commitment to collaboration, you’ll enable policy owners to respond quickly to new requirements, reduce compliance risk, and deliver consistent, transparent content governance that supports the mission to provide a safe and trusted experience for listeners and creators worldwide.
