Data Integration Engineer

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Start: ASAP / up to 30 days notice

Contract: B2B, 12 months

Remote: remote + occasional visits to the office.

Location:  remote/ Warsaw.

Project language: English/ Polish.

Summary: We are seeking a Data Integration Engineer to join a key strategic AI project within our global organization, directly supported by partners in the USA. The aim of the initiative is to create innovative solutions that enable clients to achieve a significant "AI leap" across various industries.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and processes.

• Integrate systems via API and manage data flow between platforms.

• Process documents and handle both structured and unstructured data.

• Build efficient data transformation processes for analytics, LLM, and agent systems.

• Collaborate with teams in Poland and the USA on architecture, data quality, and implementation of AI/ML models.

• Participate in building:

  • agent systems that accelerate onboarding and configuration for new banking clients,

  • central AI "Brain" that allows management to organically extract information from projects.

  
  

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in data engineering and ETL processes.

• Experience with Python and related technologies.

• Familiarity with API development and integration techniques.

• Knowledge of Big Data technologies and tools.

• Strong understanding of data modeling and database management.

• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with multi-agent architectures.

• Familiarity with Large Language Models and NLP.

• Knowledge of Machine Learning principles.

• Previous work in banking or financial services.
