Data Engineer

Location: fully remote (Poland)

Data Engineer will:

• Immerse yourself in our technical ecosystem, current and legacy
• Develop, enhance, and maintain the quality of data and our ETL processes
• Ingest data from various disparate data sources
• Follow our standards, best practices and guidelines, and be proactive in improving them
• Collaborate with other team members and the Delivery Manager to progress our Data strategy
• Keep up to date with industry and technical developments
• Participate in planning meetings and stand-ups
• Foster good working relationships with a diverse group of colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Advanced SQL skills
• Understanding of Data Modelling
• Experience with Azure or other cloud services
• Experience with using Python with APIs
• Some knowledge of DBT would be good.
• Some knowledge of databricks would be useful.
• Problem-solving skills and capable of articulating technical or functional problems
• An inquisitive approach to tasks and willingness to learn
