Summary: The role of the Project Coordinator in the SAP transformation program is to ensure smooth planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of project activities by collaborating effectively with various teams.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day coordination and execution of the project activities within the ERP implementation Program (SAP S/4HANA).
Liaise with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Manage vendor relationships.
Maintain a detailed project plan and track progress.
Manage dependencies with other program workstreams and projects.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Report project status and risks/issues to program stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings.
Support implementation of change management strategies and communication.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or change management.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or change management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG).
Previous experience in coordination of international project teams.
Previous experience in transformation projects, large-scale ERP implementations, preferably SAP (S/4HANA).
Understanding of finance fundamentals (accounting, corporate reporting).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP (S/4HANA) implementation.
Proficiency with various project management tools.
Familiarity with cross-functional team management.
