About the Role

As a Consultant Quality Associate (CQA), you will become part of a dynamic Recruitment & Quality department of more than 30 professionals across our Danish locations in Copenhagen and Aarhus. You will be part of our Aarhus team (9 people). Together, we are dedicated to supporting our clients by understanding their needs and identifying the right consultants or teams to deliver on them.

You will join a team of Consultant Quality Specialists (6 people, distributed across both locations) responsible for validating consultant qualifications through a structured and well-established CV process.

Your tasks will include:

• Conducting calls and online meetings with consultants
• Leading the consultant profile and CV creation process
• Translating technical and complex information into clear, commercially strong CVs tailored to client requirements
• Ensuring high-quality, accurate, and consistent documentation
• Working across teams to proactively prepare and update our consultant database, anticipating future client needs

All work is supported by our in-house developed system, enabling efficient collaboration and high-quality delivery, with a sophisticated ML/AI model.

What we’re looking for

• A relevant educational background (e.g. business, HR, communication, technical writing, or similar)
• Willingness to become a specialist in translating complex data and information into clear and meaningful communication for diverse audiences
• A structured and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to balance quality and speed
• Strong communication skills in Danish and English
• Confidence in building relationships and leading conversations
• An interest in IT, people, and how competences translate into value
• The ability to stay curious and motivated in a fast-paced environment

Onboarding & Training
To give you the best possible start, your onboarding will take place across both our Copenhagen headquarters and the Aarhus office. You should therefore expect some travel between the two locations during your initial period, planned together with you to ensure a smooth and supportive learning experience.

While emagine’s headquarters are based in Copenhagen, our Aarhus office is beautifully located at Sydhavnen in the sustainable building “TRÆ”, offering views of Aarhus Harbour and easy access to Aarhus Central Station. In Aarhus, you’ll be part of a smaller, close-knit team consisting of two Sales Managers, one consultant, and six colleagues in our Recruitment & Quality department. Together, we focus on supporting our clients by matching them with highly skilled IT consultants.
