Business Development Manager (internal role)
About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be an integral part of the team led by our Sales Manager. Your primary responsibility is identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients in the IT outsourcing industry.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence on both local and global scales.
Location: Warsaw or Kraków (hybrid work, working from the office twice a week).
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate contact with potential clients, generate leads, and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead negotiations, create tailored proposals, and secure contracts that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Monitor industry trends, analyze market data, and monitor competitors closely to identify emerging business opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategies, share insights, and ensure that sales processes run smoothly.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT outsourcing sector or related industries.
Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to engage senior decision-makers and close deals.
Strong understanding of local and global market dynamics in the IT outsourcing industry.
Ability to work effectively as a team, contributing to collective success through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Good knowledge in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication with international clients.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and keen to achieve and surpass ambitious sales targets.
The position allows working with the support of a friendly and committed team while leaving space for an independent approach and ideas.
